Hi Everyone
We are sitting on top of a hill at the Zebra Rock Mine where we can get internet service! and we have had an awesome couple of days!!! We just wanted to let you all know that we are having an awesome time and travelling well. More photos to come soon (I promise!!) but we just need to stay somewhere long enough with phone and internet service. At the moment, we're out of range a fair bit where we're camping. The owners here Kim & Ruth are just fantastic, you must come here if you ever make it over this way. They are situated on the eastern side of Lake Argyle and on our first day here within half an hr, Kim personally took us fishing on the lake and we caught HEAPS of silver gobler (catfish) only found in this lake. Rick was thrilled to bits as you could imagine! It is the yummiest fish to eat, even better than Barra!!! We were even having too much fun to take photos but we've got a few! Rick is dead keen to catch some barra on the spill way of Lake Argyle and that is where we'll camp for the next couple of days. We will be posting some more photos this week as we are staying in Kununurra for a night.

ReplyDeletehi Tegan and Rick....we just love your blog and keeping update with your trip and adventures....so look forward to all the new stuff coming, thanks for the surprise phone call the other night....wow it was so nice hearing from you both and i was like a little kid telling Baz all about our convo!! he said to say hi and to keep well...and to tell to Rick to remember....that you need BAIT on your fishing line to actually catch fish!!! hehe...take care both of you and have lots of fun...luv ya both heaps.
